Role: Technology Lead GIS/ESRI
Duration: Full Time
Location: Rosemead, CA

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred
At least 4 years of experience working with the ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, and SDE on Oracle).
At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net.
At least 4 years of experience in web applications, Windows services, and web services.
At least 4 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
Ability to work in a team environment and strong client interfacing skills.
Analytical skills.
Experience in the Utilities domain.
Willingness and experience working in a global delivery environment.
