Position Summary: As a Full-Time Teller at our Kohler Branch , you will be the main contact for our members, delivering excellent service while accurately managing various financial transactions.

Teller Duties:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, assist with account questions, and address their financial needs with care.
• Accurate Cash Handling: Process cash transactions carefully, ensure your drawer is balanced, and keep thorough records of all transactions.
• Transaction Management: Efficiently handle a range of financial tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Organized Record Keeping: Maintain neat and precise records of all transactions and member interactions.
• Issue Resolution: Professionally resolve any customer concerns or discrepancies with efficiency.
• Utilization of Technology: Use banking software and systems to facilitate smooth transaction processing and account management.

Qualifications:

• Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: No prior experience in finance is necessary; experience in customer service is a plus.
• Skills: Basic math proficiency and computer skills are essential.
• Preferred Experience: Previous cash handling experience is helpful but not mandatory.
