We are a national franchise currently expanding our local team. We are seeking a qualified individual for our field technician role. Both men and women can excel as Surface Experts technicians, but certain requirements help us identify candidates with the skills to learn quickly. Experience in installing tile in different locations (shower walls and floors, backsplashes, high traffic areas) is preferred. Candidates should be able to explain their planning and layout process during the interview. Requirements: Experience working with your hands, in construction, manufacturing, or as a hobbyist. Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus. An art background is helpful but not necessary; understanding color matching is important. If you are color blind, this job may not be suitable. The extensive training process requires a commitment of at least 2 years.
