The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites. Install, repair, and replace various types of tiles and flooring in residential and commercial settings. Represent the company professionally by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable. Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs. Qualifications: Own and maintain basic tools required for tile installation. Meticulous eye for detail. Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.). Ability to use hand tools, and power tools correctly and safely.
