Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated analyst to join our San Francisco-based Transactions team. This individual will play a key support role in evaluating real estate investment opportunities and executing dispositions across the firms diverse portfolio.

Do you have a strong investment focus? Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? We're looking for someone like that to:

• provide detailed underwriting of potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types (multifamily, retail, industrial, etc.);
• build and maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses;
• conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support underwriting assumptions;
• analyze asset-level operating statements, budgets and forecasts;
• support due diligence efforts, including cataloging of all materials, review of leases, legal, financial and other operational documents;
• prepare investment memos, presentations and materials for investment committee review;
• support asset dispositions including preparation of marketing materials, hold/sell analyses, coordination of due diligence materials, communicating with external stakeholders and closing;
• limited travel to conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities;
• assist with special assignments as needed to support the Transactions team.

Detailed salary information

• SanFrancisco: the salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your team

Youll be a member of the San Francisco-based Transactions team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Position is primarily inoffice with some flexibility for remote work.

Your expertise

• Ideal candidate would have 13 years of work experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, development or capital markets;
• Experience with real estate financial models, discounted cash flow analysis or other investment analysis;
• Experience with market analysis, appraisal review, reviewing research reports, reviewing property operating statements and gathering information to support underwriting assumptions;
• Knowledge of real estate investment concepts and terminology;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Argus;
• Effective communication and writing skills for internal and external communication and presentations;
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and excellent attention to detail;
• Effective prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and provide accurate analysis; and
• A selfstarter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.

Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or real estate desired. Additional related experience would be considered in lieu of a completed degree program.

Salary information
