Seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law with demonstrated success representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions and related legal matters. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, complex real estate deals while providing strategic counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Eligible for admission to the South Carolina Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
• Strong expertise in real estate finance, zoning, entitlement, and land use.
• Experience negotiating joint ventures and representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

This role will sit ONSITE out of Charleston, SC.
