We’re looking for a highly organized, guest-focused Travel Coordinator who will plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for Vacatia guests and owners, ensuring seamless vacation experiences and exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Education Assistance Program
Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements, via phone to explain the vacation package availability.
Collaborate with sales and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.
Provide personalized support to guests, addressing questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall vacation experience.
Maintain accurate records and reporting to track travel details, preferences, and guest feedback.
Champion cross-functional teamwork, ensuring communication and collaboration across Vacatia departments for optimal guest satisfaction.
Previous outbound sales experience in travel coordination, guest services, or hospitality operations, preferably in timeshare or vacation ownership environments.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Strength in organization, communication, and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and provide a seamless experience for guests.
Must be able to work evenings.
