• Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)\n
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab – Neuro & Vascular Procedures\n
• Contract Length: 13-week travel assignment\n
• Start Date: February 2, 2026\n
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (08:00 – 18:30)\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,830 - $3,040\n
• Call & Weekend: Call and every third weekend required\n
• Holiday Coverage: Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays per unit requirements\n

\n\nRadiologic Technologist Job Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience (2 years preferred)\n
• Previous travel healthcare experience required (no first-time travelers)\n
• Active NJ or Compact State Radiologic Technologist license\n
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS (CCI)\n
• Experience with Epic EMR charting system\n
• Preferred: Community hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I/II experience\n
• Ability to float within skillset as needed\n

\n\nHealthcare Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform advanced cardiac and neurovascular procedures: LHC/RHC, pericardiocentesis, Cardiomems, Impella/IABP insertion, TAVR, Mitral Clips, PFO, AICD/PPM placement, EPS, ablation, LAAC, cerebral/carotid angio, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, thrombolysis, and thrombectomy\n
• Maintain sterile field and scrub in for procedures\n
• Set up and operate specialized medical equipment (Defibrillators, Acist, Impella, IABP, Penumbra)\n
• Perform EKG lead placement, prep access sites, and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias\n
• Maintain equipment and inventory, stock healthcare supplies\n
• Document patient care in Epic EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, etc.)\n
• Adhere to isolation precautions and rapid response protocols\n
• Float to other units within skillset as required\n
