Job Description & Requirements Required Certifications: WI RN License and BLS
Minimum Experience: 2+ years. Previous Dialysis experience in inpatient setting
required. Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis required. Trauma level II experience highly preferred.
Charting Experience: Epic preferred.
