• Location: El Paso, TX 79925 (Texas nursing jobs)\n
• Facility: Level 2 Trauma Center with 10 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy Suites\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: 11/17/2025\n
• End Date: 2/16/2026\n
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800\n
• On-Call: Required (weekends and nights rotation)\n
• Weekend Requirement: Approximately 4 shifts per month\n
• Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs\n
• EMR System: MediTech\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state)\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center\n
• Clinical experience with robotics, neuro, orthopedic, urology, and vascular surgical procedures\n
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical support skills\n
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and take initiative\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, prioritizing patient safety and quality outcomes\n
• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotics, neuro, ortho, urology, vascular, and exploratory laparotomies\n
• Document patient care accurately using MediTech EMR\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency cases\n
• Ensure efficient room turnover and adherence to hospital policies\n
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the highest standards of nursing care\n
