Were looking for a Dispatcher to join our client's growing transportation team!
In this role, youll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Youll communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly while solving problems on the fly.
What Youll Do:
Schedule and dispatch drivers
Monitor routes and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency
Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions
Track shipments and resolve any service issues
Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and schedules
What Were Looking For:
? Experience in dispatching, logistics, or trucking operations (preferred)
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
? Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
