Now Hiring: Trucking Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight logistics, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication with drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, dispatch, and track drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries
• Communicate with drivers to provide route details, instructions, and support
• Monitor freight movements and resolve any issues or delays quickly
• Maintain accurate records of loads, schedules, and delivery confirmations
• Coordinate with customers and brokers to provide excellent service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data for decision-making purposes.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

• Previous dispatching experience (trucking or logistics preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
