Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, customer success, and implementation teams to design impactful product experiences.
• From strategy and research to ideation, production, handoff, and QA, work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of meaningful, high-quality experiences.
• Create user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Define user experience, interactions, and interfaces through user flows, information architecture, sketches, and wireframes.
• Illustrate design ideas with mockups and prototypes (low and high fidelity) and present them to stakeholders for feedback.
• Break down complex problems to find solutions that enhance user efficacy within the products.
• Gather insights from user research and translate them into product recommendations.
• Design UI elements such as menus, buttons, navigation, widgets, and interactions.
• Utilize design systems to support rapid, iterative development and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Collaborate with your team, listen to feedback, and inspire others by bringing fresh perspectives.
• Follow best practices and user-centric design methodologies for UI components, fonts, colors, and images.
