About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience and a strong background in UiPath automation. This individual will lead solution design, development, and delivery while managing customer requirements, providing production support, and coordinating with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of UiPath automation solutions.
• Serve as a senior UiPath developer , capable of hands-on configuration, development, and deployment of complex workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document automation requirements.
• Provide production support , ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of deployed automations.
• Manage and mentor offshore UiPath resources , ensuring best practices and timely delivery.
• Define automation standards, frameworks, and reusable components to optimize delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprise application teams to integrate UiPath with ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customer teams and project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of UiPath hands-on development .
• Proven experience as an RPA Architect or Senior UiPath Developer in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement .
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and unattended automation .
• Hands-on experience with advanced UiPath capabilities, including:
• Document Understanding
• Agentic AI (AI integration and advanced copilots/assistants)
• Communication Mining
• UiPath Action Center for human-in-the-loop automations
• Solid experience in production support and issue resolution .
• Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and ensure delivery quality.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• US Citizens / Green Card holders preferred.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Advanced Developer / Architect certifications.
• Experience with AI/ML, Process Mining, and other UiPath ecosystem components.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments (UiPath Automation Cloud, Azure, AWS).
