Title - UX/UI Designer Role

Location - New York (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

The resource will have a strong background in user experience design, with expertise in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user-centric solutions.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements .
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• 10.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and GenAI features
