Title: UI/UX Designer (20-30 Hours/Week)

Overview
Our client is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to modernize and expand the design framework across multiple web properties. This role focuses on extending new site templates, improving usability, and ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design instincts with practical Figma and HTML5 skills and thrives in an iterative, feedback-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Extend and refine newly developed website templates, maintaining visual consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on revisions, incorporating feedback and testing new design ideas.
• Create designs for new modules and interactive components using the existing aesthetic.
• Contribute to revamping key pages, such as revenue and advertising sections, to enhance presentation and engagement.
• Develop UI/UX concepts for a future native mobile app based on the web design aesthetic.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination through Asana and Slack, with daily standups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with strong UI/UX focus.
• Expert in Figma for layout and prototyping.
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates creativity and user-focused problem solving.
• Understanding of HTML5 and a willingness to deepen front-end skills.

• Interest in performing arts or theater a plus.
