JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads within the store's required time and email product information with pricing
• Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
• Confirm appointments
• Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience REQUIRED
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license
• We maintain a drug-free workplace so all candidates must pass a drug test

• Great Customer Service Skills
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills
• Video production and/or social media skills
• Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance

• Compensation - Commission Based. Most earn $60,000-$100,000 / year
