Animal Hospital of Wilkesboro is a bustling veterinary practice located in the heart of Wilkesboro, North Carolina. We are a small animal practice dedicated to providing excellent care for pets in our community. Our high-volume clinic is staffed by a young and energetic team who are passionate about animal health and well-being.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a knack for organization, a passion for veterinary care, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire and manage a dynamic team of veterinary professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic.
• Financial Management: Handle budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the practice.
• Client Experience: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent service standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic meets all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care and cleanliness.
• Strategic Development: Partner with the practice owner to develop and implement strategies for growth, marketing, and community engagement.

• Experience in veterinary practice management or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and payroll experience.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
