Your Role:

As our Veterinary Site Leader, you will be the driving force behind our clinic’s operational success and a steward of our esteemed legacy. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our high standards. This role will assist with hiring and inventory practices, navigate client and team relationships, and may even include assistance in both the front and back of the clinic. Your leadership will blend time-honored practices with innovative approaches, ensuring that our clinic continues to excel in an ever-evolving field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, from managing workflows to implementing best practices. Your strategic insight will help streamline processes and integrate advanced veterinary technologies.
• Evolve: Identify opportunities for professional and personal growth for your team members. Your role is crucial in shaping the future of our clinic and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our patients, clients, and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Expertise: Strong background in managing clinic operations, with experience in optimizing workflows and implementing effective practices.
• Client-Centric Focus: Demonstrated track record in delivering outstanding client service and resolving complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Safety first! This position requires standing and sitting for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
