About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance to lead the strategy and oversight of its Compliance Program. This critical role requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Compliance Program in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, proactively monitoring and making recommendations on compliance guidance, and leading enterprise risk assessments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the Compliance Program into business processes is also a key aspect of the position. Candidates for the Vice President of Global Ethics and Compliance role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree desirable) and at least 10 years' of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles. Professional certifications such as CCEP or CIA are desirable. The role demands strong leadership, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and a self-motivated individual who can navigate a complex organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting ethical behavior. Responsibilities also include policy development and enforcement, investigations, third-party risk management, and the design of company-wide training and communication strategies for compliance initiatives.
