Jockey is seeking a Videographer to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Videographer will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content for organic and paid social media, brand campaigns, media features, and event coverage. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of brand storytelling through visual content. If you are passionate about fashion and have a knack for bringing a brand's essence to life through video, we want to hear from you.

This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Video Capture & Production
• Shoot and edit videos for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Ensure each video aligns with the brand's aesthetic, tone, and messaging to create a cohesive visual identity, ensuring flawless content is delivered.
• Brand Content Creation
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that highlight the brand's unique qualities, product features, and lifestyle appeal.
• Plan and execute video content for campaigns, lookbooks, product launches, and other brand-driven initiatives.
• Visually convey product benefit, function, and detail through video, animation, and graphics in a world class approach.
• Social Media Content
• Create engaging, trend-forward, brand-relevant social media content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Work on quick-turnaround projects for real-time content related to promotions, trends, or events, optimized for social sharing.
• Media Content Production
• Develop video assets for PR initiatives, including brand stories, interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and feature pieces.
• Produce polished, professional-grade video content to accompany press releases, media features, and influencer partnerships.
• Bring creative ideas to life through archival footage to convey the rich history of Jockey.
• Event Capture
• Document brand events, product launches, and other key happenings through dynamic and visually engaging video content.
• Capture the energy and essence of live events, creating highlight reels and video recaps for use on social channels and website.
• Technical Management
• Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to achieve high-quality results in various settings.
• Manage video files, organize footage, and maintain an efficient workflow for editing and post-production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience as Videographer, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills, especially for social media and branding.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Professional experience working with professional cameras and equipment.
• Must know color grading, multi-cam editing, and basic audio mixing.
• Strong understanding of current video trends, especially in social media.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts that drive engagement.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
• Experience in coordinating photo and video production, with a keen eye for detail and creative excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Critical/lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
• Excellent judgement.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
