Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and experienced servers to join our dynamic opening team. As a server, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience that reflects our commitment to high-quality, farm-to-table cuisine and warm, attentive service. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that celebrates hospitality, from the cozy dining rooms to our garden rooftop.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about our farm-to-table concept.
- Maintain knowledge of food and drink offerings, including daily specials and locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, anticipating guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards at your station and throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Passion for food, especially farm-to-table or sustainability-focused concepts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-level environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
