Are comfortable with iterative, AI-assisted design processes (e.g., "vibe coding"). Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Participate in a flexible and fully remote working environment. Initial project scope of 1–2 months, with opportunities for continued collaboration. Work commitment of approximately 10–20 hours per week, scalable based on availability and project needs. Compensation and Legal Details Compensation is negotiable and will be hourly. With respect to pay and legal status: You will be legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor. We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect.
