1st Shift MIG Welder Fabricator needed in Green Bay, WI!
Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company!
The MIG Welder Fabricator will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs. The MIG Welder Fabricator will be responsible for various types of weld preparations, welding, assembly, and weld finishing operations to complete custom products in a job shop environment.
We are looking for Welders who take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards. Most jobs will consist of MIG Welding on either stainless steel, aluminum or mild steel.
This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established custom job shop in the Green Bay area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. The starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $22-28+ per hour.

Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of MIG welding experience in a job shop environment. TIG experience is a plus.
- Strong fabrication skills and experience with layouts and measurements, required.
- Experience working with sheet metal, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
- Experience operating various hand and power tools in the shop, required.
