Directs and monitors all financial transactions, planning, reporting and bookkeeping activities of the dealership by performing duties personally or through delegation.

Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to:

• • Manages Assigned Accounting Schedules
  • Coordinates with Operations Team to ensure timely resolution of open items
  • Payroll
  • HR
  • Payable processing / Invoices
  • Collections
  • Cashiering Retail Transactions
  • Title / State of Michigan Registration Processing

Qualifications

• 2+ years Dealership Accounting Experience
• Has Jim Winter Values – (BASICS Below)
• Reynolds & Reynolds Software experience strongly preferred
• Team Player
• Desire to Learn & Collaborate to solve problems
• Organizational Skills
• Title Management, Payables, Receivables, HR experience a plus
