CV Resources is partnering with a growing company in Salt Lake City to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the AP process from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess 500–700 invoices per month with a high degree of accuracy
Perform 3-way matching, coding, data entry, and PO verification
Manage weekly payment runs and vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Support month-end close with AP accruals and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, accounting, and operations
Assist with process improvement and AP workflow optimization
Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Prior experience processing high-volume AP (500+ invoices/month)
Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls
Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and vendor-relations skills
Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Salt Lake City, 1 day remote
