The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor customer payment terms and credit limits and support daily credit hold and release program with account analysis
• Analyze customer ordering activity to identify potential credit issues.
• Process lien waivers and customer notes for retainage
• Review weekly aging report and follow up with customers regarding collections.
• Investigate and resolve past-due accounts receivable invoices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
