Role Description
This is a part time hybrid role for someone interested in Commercial Real Estate located in Bedford NH. The Commercial Real Estate Intern will be responsible for shadowing agents, and assisting with non licensed activities.

Qualifications
Real Estate-specific experience is not required; however, some variety of sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelors degree in real estate, Finance, or related field a plus.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative personal/professional style that advances a collegial partnered approach to meeting corporate objectives.
- Ability to work successfully in a large brokerage institution.
- Ability to effectively represent customers and business partners.
