Position Overview: We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Creator Success Manager to join our team, with a focus on lifestyle creators-covering areas like fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, and travel. You'll also get the chance to support creators across other verticals, including sports and new content categories, helping shape the experience for a wide range of talent on the platform. This is a great opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals who want to break into the creator economy and make a real impact. You'll work closely with our creators to help them onboard, grow their audience, and monetize their content-while getting a front-row seat to how a fast-growing startup operates. What You'll Do: Creator Training & Retention Assist new creators with onboarding and platform setup Provide training and best practices to help creators grow their presence and income Partner with our Creator Support team to make sure creators have everything they need Relationship Management Build relationships with creators and become their go-to resource Offer insights, support, and feedback to help them meet their goals Collect creator feedback to help improve our platform Growth & Revenue Support Help creators make the most of our monetization tools (subscriptions, tips, etc.) Collaborate on strategies to grow subscriber counts and increase revenue Identify new business opportunities and pitch ideas tailored to creators Industry Insight Stay in the know on creator trends, lifestyle influencers, and platform competitors Support acquisition efforts by identifying potential creators to bring onto Passes Track metrics and help adjust strategy to reach team goals What We're Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and excited to learn Analytical mindset and comfortable with metrics Passion for creators, content, and internet culture Bonus: Experience working with creators or in a customer/client-facing role Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and equity package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO Amazing in-office perks (daily lunch, events, etc.) Opportunities for professional development and career growth Passes is an equal opportunity employer.
