We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files as needed
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding discrepancies or issues
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative role
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
