Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Pay Rate: $20/hour to start with increase potential based on performance.   

***At 3 months increase to $22/hour, 1 year increase to $23.50/hour, 2 years increase to $25/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary to hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

You will be working for a smaller, locally owned Accounting Firm.  

• Data entry into Excel and QuickBooks software along with web portals
• Receive in medical billing invoices from clients
• Create invoices and bill clients
• Bill individual clients on the website portal
• Filing, photocopying, emailing, and faxing, backup to answering phones if needed

Requirements: 

• Data entry experience on the job is required with strong data entry skills
• Intermediate Excel software is required, QuickBooks knowledge is plus
• Accounting experience is highly preferred
• Good customer service skills along with a positive attitude and professional appearance 
• Self-starter and a fast learner
• Multi-task, time management skills and exceptional organizational skills
