Opportunity to support finance operations for a world-class global eyewear company
\n\t\n\tCompetitive pay rate: $22/hr
\n\t\n\t12-week contract
\n\t\n\tHybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri)
\n\t\n\tStandard, consistent hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n\t\n\tWork directly with Account Managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional environment
\n\t\nInterfacing daily with internal and external clients via phone and email to research, resolve, or escalate issues
\n\t\n\tAnalyzing complex financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide recommendations
\n\t\n\tReviewing open receivables, identifying payment frequency patterns, and performing root-cause analysis
\n\t\n\tManaging and prioritizing cash application processes for high-risk customers
\n\t\n\tMaintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, and auditors
\n\t\n\tIdentifying system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
\n\t\n\tCollaborating with stakeholders to understand and address issues for high-risk, complex accounts
\n\t\nA college degree or equivalent work experience
\n\t\n\t2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\n\t\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n\t\n\tAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
\n\t\n\tExcellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
\n\t\n\tAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team environment
\n\t\n\tHigh attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and detail
\n\t\n\tExperience in customer service or insurance-related processes
\n\t\nKnowledge of vision or insurance benefits
\n\t\n\tUnderstanding of third-party administration and benefits
\n\t\n\tExperience with SAP or Facets
\n\t\n\tContinuous improvement mindset
\n\t\n\tAbility to work well under pressure and take initiative
\n\t\nLocation: Mason, OH 45040
\n\t\n\tEmployment Type: 12-week contract
\n\t\n\tSchedule: Hybrid — Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday
