Rose's Florist in Biloxi, MS is looking for an experienced head floral designer to join our amazing team. We are located on 1891 Pass Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, hard-working & creative.

Responsibilities

• Curate daily floral arrangements for pick-ups and deliveries based on customer pre-orders
• Work with customers in designing custom floral arrangements
• Fill display cooler with seasonal floral designs
• Directly communicate with sales associates on daily orders
• Take in-person, over the phone and online orders & process them for weekly schedule
• Be knowledgeable of our products and pricing | Including seasonal and limited stock
• Assist all associates in completing our daily tasks shown on our tasks board
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Aid in washing buckets thoroughly and filling for floral processing

Qualifications

• Extensive floral design experience ( REQUIRED )
• Customer service experience ( REQUIRED )
• Initiative is a must!
• Great time management & organizational skills
• Team-player

Regular Schedule

Mondays & Fridays | 9AM - 4:45PM

Wednesday | 10AM - 4PM

*Weekly schedule subject to change depending on upcoming events & holidays
