Job Details
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Science or a related field, with prior experience in food manufacturing or product development.
Lead product ideation, development, and commercialization by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more.
Ensure packaging and product compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including ingredient and weight accuracy.
Conduct and oversee analytical tests, maintaining product quality through internal and third-party validations.
Stay informed on food industry trends and regulatory updates (FDA, USDA, AAFCO) to guide innovative product strategies.
Develop formulas, analyze ingredients, and generate ideas for new or enhanced products tailored to market demands.
