Title of Position: General Manager
Job Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operations, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations. The General Manager provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments, supporting service expectations, maximizing operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction to maximize profitability.The General Manager must plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of all Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Catering, Conference Management, Third Party Vendors, and Food and Beverage departments. The General Manager also evaluates changes in guest needs, industry, and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, maintain market dominance, and achieve exceptional financial returns.
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + 20% Bonus Potential

Qualifications:
The General Manager should always provide consistent support for the success of the operation
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable property is necessary for the General Manager
General Manager musthave a proven track record in the hotel industry, demonstrating the achievement of outstanding profit and guestservice-relatedgoals
A Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferredfor the General Manager
General Manager must work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
