IFR Pilot - Victoria, TX

About the Role

Total Aviation Staffing is seeking a dedicated IFR Pilot to join an elite team providing life-saving air medical services in Victoria, Texas . This is an incredible opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with meaningful, mission-driven work in a highly rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform EC135 SPIFR/NVG Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations under CAMTS guidelines.
• Engage in 24-hour operations with day and night rotations.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and Destination Zero initiatives.
• Participate in community outreach programs to represent the company positively.
• Assist with patient and equipment transport as needed.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections in compliance with aviation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses and Certifications:
  • Commercial Helicopter License with Instrument Rating (ATP required within 12 months).
  • First Class Medical Certification.
• Flight Experience:
  • 2,000 total hours (1,500 helicopter, 1,000 PIC helicopter, 500 turbine helicopter).
  • 100 hours instrument time and 100 hours NVG or 50 hours unaided night + 100 hours NVG.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must meet a body weight limit of 235 lbs .
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for assisting with equipment and patient transport.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 .
• Housing: Off-duty housing provided.

• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off rotation.
