Housekeeper Wanted – Malibu ($20+/hr, Flexible Schedule, Part-Time or Full-Time, Live-In Option Available)
A private residence in Malibu is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our household. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Schedule & Location:
Part-time and full-time positions available
Flexible days, including weekdays and weekends (9 AM – 6 PM, with some flexibility)
Location: Malibu
Live-in option available for the right candidate (private accommodations provided)
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible
✅ Hardworking, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
✅ Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work independently
✅ Able to follow directions, accept constructive feedback, and adjust as needed
✅ Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
✅ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✅ Well-groomed and physically able to perform household tasks
✅ Long-term commitment preferred
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain proper care of specialized surfaces, crystal, fine China, linens, and cookware
✔ Wash dishes, cookware, and perform laundry & ironing (must be excellent at both)
✔ Vacuum, mop, and dust all areas of the home
✔ Organize and clean closets, drawers, bookshelves, and storage areas
✔ Clean and maintain bathrooms daily
✔ Change bed linens regularly
✔ Clean windows, woodwork, and furniture as needed
✔ Monitor household supplies and inventory, notifying the employer when restocking is required
✔ Maintain a quiet and efficient work environment while respecting home occupants
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: Starting at $20+ per hour, based on experience and skill level
