Housing Navigator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Navigator for our nonprofit client located in the Santa Ana area. This position will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and will be a blend of field work and in-office. This will be a full-time Monday-Friday position. 

This role will be the liaison between clients and external resources in their housing journey. The position will be connect clients to affordable housing, work with landlords and property managers in order to assist client needs, and be a support in lease signings, rental agreements, and any other support as needed. 

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Minimum 2 years case management/housing experience required 

• Proficient working within Microsoft Office and other software systems as needed 

Skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day 

• Able to work well with others in several spaces and be a strong representative for clients 

• Empathy and compassion towards others 

• Knowledgable of housing/rental agreements 

• Can work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
