Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Location: West Allis, WI

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000+ DOE | Bonus Eligible | Car Allowance | Health Benefits | PTO | 401(k)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager with experience in new construction project management. The ideal candidate will lead HVAC projects ranging from small to large-scale commercial installations up to $3 million or more. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Plan, organize, and manage HVAC construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and technicians.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with company and contract standards.
• Budgeting & Financials:
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and track financial reports, ensuring budget goals are met.
• Monitor project work in progress (WIP) and adjust project execution as needed.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
• Collaborate with project teams to create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor activities, and job site logistics.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Client Relations & Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, concerns, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.
• Compliance & Quality Control:
• Ensure all work complies with industry codes and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain high project standards and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience in new construction.
• Proven track record managing projects up to $3 million or more.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, and industry codes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
