Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Landscaper to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, mulch installation, raking, hardscapes, sod laying, landscape projects, snow plowing, and more with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers. 

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience of 2 years + as a landscaper and a positive attitude is a must! Must have valid driver license.

Responsibilities: 

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow plow, chain-saws, gas clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws, and more.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
• Gather and remove litter 
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner 

Qualifications : 

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper.
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Willing to work in all weather elements 
• Must be able to lead a crew of 2 or more.
• Must be able to take detailed notes and have strong communication skills
• Hydraulic license is a +
• Must have ability to have or attain a valid DOT
• Ability to maintain equipment
• Mechanic skills a +
• Hardscape experience with walls, patios, walkways a +
