First Connect Health is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a local contract job in Pueblo, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Anesthesia
• Discipline: CRNA
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible, rotating
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED (facility is not considering new grads at this time)
• Active CO License - REQUIRED
• Active BLS - REQUIRED
• Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED

Note:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!
• 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!
• Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time. Will accept weekends only.
• Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts.
