Salary Range: $22.50/hour plus commission

(Pay structure includes hourly base plus commission on sales)

Schedule: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday)

Were looking for a personable and experienced RV Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right RV in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.

Ideal for a recently retired RV sales professional looking to stay engaged in the industry without the high-pressure atmosphere of traditional sales lots.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Listen to customer needs and guide them toward RV models that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Progress sales opportunities by maintaining consistent follow-up and lead tracking
• Ask for the sale in a respectful and non-aggressive manner
• Advertise and promote inventory through social media and other online platforms
• Ensure honesty, clarity, and transparency in every customer interaction
• Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent and excellent customer experience
• Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment
• Participate in occasional dealership events or promotions

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in RV sales preferred
• Comfortable working in a low-pressure, relationship-driven sales environment
• Ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide transparent information
• Confidence to ask for the sale politely and professionally
• Organized and able to track leads and follow up in a timely manner
• Basic experience with social media platforms for marketing and inventory promotion
• Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-first mindset
• Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
