What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and material flow
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
• Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant site
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety activities
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $30.47 to $47.28 per hour
