About the Role
The Company is in search of its 11th President, a role that is both historic and transformative. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the institution with a strategic vision that is deeply rooted in its mission of preparing students for Christian leadership, service, and advocacy. This includes a strong commitment to faith-based innovation, academic excellence, and financial sustainability. The President will be responsible for guiding the College through this critical period, ensuring that it remains a beacon of hope and a leader in the preparation of students for a life of service and advocacy. A deep understanding of the institution's history and a commitment to its values are essential, as is the ability to lead with integrity, compassion, and a clear vision for the future.
