The Role

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic, 360° agency recruitment role where you'll lead the charge in building out markets across Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Blockchain, or ERP?

This is your chance to establish a presence in niche tech spaces, using your expert relationship-building skills to connect with new and existing clients.

You'll be the face of our brand in this region, growing our reputation through innovative social engagement, tech webinars, exclusive roundtables, and in-person events that drive industry conversation.

You’ll work towards exciting targets and KPIs, lead by example with impressive billings, and mentor less experienced consultants, helping to shape our team’s culture and future success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• A proven track record as a 360° recruiter, ideally within tech, with a knack for fostering lasting client relationships.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants, building others up alongside your own success.
• Consultative communication skills, powerful sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate with confidence.
• A driven, ambitious personality that thrives on achieving – you’re not just hungry for success; you live for it.
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit that align with our mission.
