The Role:

We are seeking a Roofing Sales / Project Manager to join our Tucson team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction or manufacturing, three years of project management or sales experience is a plus, and a proven ability to oversee complex, multi-phase projects. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct roof inspections and diagnose issues
• Create accurate estimates based on customer needs and inspection findings
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects
• Manage crews, and to ensure quality and efficiency
• Coordinate tasks, set deadlines, and maintain budgets and project timelines
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate detailed proposals, material/labor orders, and change orders
• Perform job review checklists to verify work quality and contract compliance

• Experience with project management and/or sales in roofing, construction, or a related field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work hard, put in extra effort, and go above and beyond

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Comfortable standing and walking on roofs
