Job Summary : Karins Florist, in Vienna, VA, is expanding our Sales Department! We are looking for part- and full-time Sales Associates who have a passion for succeeding in a friendly and fast-paced retail environment and can provide a high level of client/customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have an interest in flowers, a passion for retail, and a positive attitude!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting floral arrangements suitable for their occasions and preferences.
Provide advice on flower types, colors and arrangements, taking into account seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in using POS systems and other sales-related software
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone
