We are currently looking for quality **subcontractors** to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties:
+ **Cabinetry install/repair**
+ **Carpentry**
+ **Finish-out**
+ **Flooring**
+ **Painting**
+ **Sheetrock / Drywall**
+ **Roofing**
+ **Texturing**
+ **Trim work**
Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our sub-contractors to carry **Commercial General Liability Insurance** as follows:
+ **$1,000,000 each occurrence**
+ **$2,000,000 general aggregate per project**
+ **$1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate**
+ **$1,000,000 personal and advertising injury**
**Business Automobile Liability** as follows:
+ **$1,000,000 combined single limit**
**OR**
+ **$1,000,000 bodily injury - each person**
+ **$1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence**
+ **$500,000 property damage**
