Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Assignment Dates: October 15 – November 7
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Temporary Mail & Logistics Assistant to support daily office operations during a short-term assignment. This position plays an important role in maintaining a smooth and welcoming workplace environment, assisting with mail services, event support, and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reception desk coverage , greeting visitors and assisting with general inquiries.
• Fulfill print and scanning requests promptly and accurately.
• Manage mail and package scanning, sorting, and distribution throughout the office.
• Set up food and beverages for meetings and internal events.
• Clear and reset conference rooms after meetings to ensure they are ready for the next use.
• Pick up food orders and assist with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an office, mailroom, or facilities support role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full assignment duration.
