Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contact-to-Close Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless client experience from the time a property goes under contract to the successful close of escrow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and has a strong grasp of real estate contracts and timelines. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title companies during the transaction process.
  • Track important deadlines, contingencies, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings.
  • Maintain organized transaction files and systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep deals on track.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination, administration, or a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and timelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with transaction management software such as Dotloop.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
